At Balanced Living, we believe that nutrition, yoga, meditation and gentle exercise are important components of a holistic approach to a healthy life.
We have a wide variety of classes to choose from and a group of wonderful teachers for you to practice with. Classes include yoga, meditation and pilates. In addition to their regular weekly classes, our teachers frequently run workshops and retreats and we regularly host Reiki talks, workshops and Reiki shares .
